Menu Monday

Keeping this brief.  Made a big batch of these chewy granola bars for the weekend.  The kids devoured them and I'm lucky if they will last until tomorrow's lunchboxes.

Monday. Black bean enchiladas  gardein strips

Tuesday  potato leek soup

Wednesday. Chicken almondine. Kasha varnishkas. Carrot tzsimmes. ? Sticky toffee pudding

Thursday pasta a la vodka, salad

Friday meatball stew, challah
