Menu Plan Monday - 4/4/11
Spring Break has arrived for Miss D and Mom's visiting the end of the week, so the plan may change as we go through the week.
Monday - Korean BBQ Beef Ribs (I'm using
this recipe for the sauce) with rice and veggies. If the weather stays nice, maybe I'll throw them on the grill, instead of the oven!
Tuesday - Turkey Burgers
Wednesday - Fish Tacos
Thursday - Eggplant Parm. (hope I can find some good eggplant) -Mom's request
Friday - don't know...???
